Supportive Services

AIDS Alabama provides an array of supportive services to low-income, HIV-positive persons, including those living in our housing. These services assist consumers in working toward their goals of increased stability, income, and independence.

Supportive Services provided:

• Transportation
• Utility assistance
• Emergency financial assistance
• Vocational assistance
• GED preparation/training
• Secondary HIV education
• Substance abuse treatment
• Mental health services
• Health insurance continuation
• Support groups
