After nearly 10 years away, Red Hot for the Cause is BACK! Dust off your pumps, give lady luck a call, and get ready to go “all in” for AIDS Alabama's marquee fundraising event featuring Blackjack, Texas Hold’em, Roulette, and Craps.
Proceeds from the event benefit the life-saving, life-affirming services of AIDS Alabama including HIV testing & treatment, PrEP, housing, transportation, emergency financial assistance, and so much more!
Red Hot for the Cause will feature live music from the Stephen McCollough Band, heavy hors d'oeuvres, a silent auction, gaming tables run by professional dealers, and a cash (or card) bar. Cocktail attire is encouraged.
HOW IT WORKS

When you arrive, you will receive $1,000.00 in play money (two $500.00 bills) at the check-in table (included with your ticekt).

You will take the play money to any of the gaming tables in exchange for chips.

At completion of the gaming, you will trade in your chips for raffle tickets. This can be done at any of the gaming tables.

Dealers will give each guest 1 raffle ticket for every $500.00 they have in chips or play money.

You will take your double-sided raffle ticket to the raffle basket in front of the prize you desire.

There is a basket for each prize. You put your ticket(s) in the basket(s) in front of the prize(s) you are most interested in. A ticket is pulled from each basket and the number is read aloud to determine who wins each prize.

Tickets will also be available for sale at the door for $50/ea. Additional play money may also be purchased at the check-in table ($20 for $500 play money).
