Our main offices will be closed with the exception of confirmed appointments to meet with social work staff. We will continue to provide all social services, housing assistance, and HIV testing to our clients.
There are several ways you may reach us until these unprecedented times return to “normal.”
-
Our main phone line is open. Call 205-324-9822. Please a message with your name and return phone number. and the reason for your call. We will get your message to your social worker or the appropriate person to help you.
-
All staff direct office phone numbers will be forwarded to reach us individually on our mobile phones. If you have our direct office line, please dial that number and we will answer or return the call within an hour.
-
Email the agency address at info@aidsalabama.org and we will make sure your email is forwarded to the appropriate person.
Please know that we will continue to provide services to all of our consumers as best we can. It just may look and feel a little different than you are used to. We continue to be here for each of you.
