CoC Rapid Re-Housing
Case Manager
Overall Mission: Responsible for providing community outreach, identifying eligible consumers and link them to community resources, provide consumers with decent and affordable housing resources, and provide client-centered case management to all eligible consumers.

Administrative Assistant
Overall Mission: To provide administrative support to the LWOC Program Coordinator, Billing Coordinator, and LWOC staff. To contribute to fulfillment of agency mission helping those people with HIV/ AIDS live healthy, independent lives and to prevent the spread of the disease.
JASPER House Program Therapist
Overall Mission: To provide mental health/social work treatment for the AIDS Alabama Living in Balance Chemical Addiction Program to help consumers live as independent, healthy and productive a life as possible and to prevent the spread of the HIV virus.
Community Outreach Medical Assistant -- Mobile, AL
Overall Mission: To provide support to clinical and prevention staff of AIDS Alabama South in pursuit of its mis-sion to increase health equity and access to HIV prevention methods, most specifically PrEP, to meet the goals of the statewide Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) plan.
Van Driver -- Mobile, AL
Overall Mission: Responsible for providing client-centered direct transportation services across 12 counties of Southwest Alabama to medical and dental appointments for all eligible consumers who request transportation.
CALA Case Manager
Overall Mission: Responsible for providing assistance available for clients living with HIV, LGBTQ+ and commu-nity, identifying eligible consumers and link them to community resources, provide consumers with referrals for other outside resources, and provide client-centered case management to all eli-gible consumers; assist in community outreach.
Peer Support Specialist
Overall Mission: AIDS Alabama is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide peer services for Latinx living with HIV; Provide HIV prevention outreach, education, linkage to care, and Counseling Testing and Referral (CTR) services to at-risk Latinx populations. This includes assisting individuals living with HIV in accessing primary care, language access and supportive services, and maintaining en-gagement in care.
Way Station Shelter Advocate (PT)
Overall Mission: To provide organizational support for Way Station consumers and assist AIDS Alabama in obtaining and maintaining the most productive operations possible.

Community Outreach Specialist --
Mobile, AL
Overall Mission: The Clinical Outreach Specialist will successfully identify and recruit businesses, organizations, and individuals throughout the rural communities of Southwest Alabama as partner locations to set up our clinical RV on a rotating basis to provide HIV outreach services which include HIV treatment, testing, counseling, and other prevention or care techniques.
