Center SUD Peer Support Specialist

Overall Mission: Provide individual and group services for individuals enrolled in programs of the Living Well Outpatient Center.

Way Station Shelter Advocate (Part-Time)

Overall Mission: To provide organizational support for Way Station consumers and assist AIDS Alabama in obtaining and maintaining the most productive operations possible.

Homelessness Prevention Peer Support Specialist

Overall Mission: To provide culturally competent outreach, connection to, and classes about community-based resources necessary to support transition to and maintenance of stable housing.  To empower clients to achieve personal goals related to independent living and employment in the community.

CALA Case Manager

Overall Mission: Responsible for providing assistance to clients living with HIV, LGBTQ+ and community, identifying eligible consumers and link them to community resources, provide consumers with referrals for other outside resources, and provide client-centered case management to all eligible consumers; assist in community outreach.

Resident Advocate
- JASPER House (Part-Time)

Overall Mission: To provide the organization support and personal desire to assist AIDS Alabama in obtaining and maintaining the most productive operations possible.

Director of Development

Overall Mission: To maximize private individual, foundation, and corporate dollars from the Greater Birmingham Community, the State of Alabama, and national arena to further the mission of AIDS Alabama.  To implement and execute special events.  To meet the measurable outcomes of annual goals.

Community Outreach Medical
Assistant -- Mobile, AL

Overall Mission: To provide support to clinical and prevention staff of AIDS Alabama South in pursuit of its mission to increase health equity and access to HIV prevention methods, most specifically PrEP, to meet the goals of the statewide Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) plan.

Client Navigator - Supportive Services -- Mobile, AL

Overall Mission: Responsible for providing client-centered case management to all eligible consumers, linking them to community resources, and providing consumers with decent and affordable housing resources.

Prevention Education Outreach Specialist -- Mobile, AL

Overall Mission: Testing, Community Education, and Outreach.
