Client Navigator - Supportive Services

Overall Mission: Responsible for providing client-centered case management to all eligible consumers, linking them to community resources, and providing consumers with decent and affordable housing resources.

Programs Coordinator - Main Office

Overall Mission: Master’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited college or university; Supervisory experience; Two or more years working with persons experiencing homelessness, and housing case management; Documented, extensive knowledge of/experience with:  a) Ryan White Part B Services,  b) Ryan White Emergency financial assistance,  c) utilizing HMIS and RW Service Point,  d) completing RW eligibility assessments,  e) HOPWA funds or HOPWA-funded programs.

Homelessness Prevention Partnership
Program Coordinator

Overall Mission: Ensure that AIDS Alabama’s programs with Medical Clinic Partners work towards their respective missions of helping individuals living with HIV maintain or regain stability through housing, emergency financial assistance, and food assistance.  

Rectory Case Manager

Overall Mission: To provide case management for consumers enrolled in the AIDS Alabama Rectory shelter; to help those living with HIV/AIDS lead healthy, independent, and productive lives; and to prevent the spread of the disease.

CALA Case Manager

Overall Mission: Responsible for providing assistance available for clients living with HIV, LGBTQ+ and commu-nity, identifying eligible consumers and link them to community resources, provide consumers with referrals for other outside resources, and provide client-centered case management to all eli-gible consumers; assist in community outreach.

Community Stability Project (CSP)
Case Manager

Overall Mission: Responsible for providing community outreach, identifying eligible consumers and link them to community resources, provide nutritional assistance and emergency financial assistance to all eligible consumers.

Prevention Education Outreach Specialist -- Mobile, AL

Overall Mission: Testing, Community Education, and Outreach.

Living Well Outpatient Clinic
Administrative Assistant

Overall Mission: To provide administrative support to the LWOC Program Coordinator, Billing Coordinator, and LWOC staff.  To contribute to fulfillment of agency mission helping those people with HIV/ AIDS live healthy, independent lives and to prevent the spread of the disease.

Ascension Rapid Re-Housing
Case Manager

Overall Mission: Responsible for providing community outreach, identifying eligible consumers and link them to community resources, provide consumers with decent and affordable housing resources, and provide client-centered case management to all eligible consumers.

Ryan White Services
Coordinator -- Mobile, AL

Overall Mission: To utilize skills and knowledge to help AIDS Alabama assist people with HIV/AIDS statewide.

Overall Mission: To provide support to clinical and prevention staff of AIDS Alabama South in pursuit of its mission to increase health equity and access to HIV prevention methods, most specifically PrEP, to meet the goals of the statewide Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) plan.
