Chief Executive Officer
Overall Mission: The CEO of AIDS Alabama, leads and directs the achievement of the organization’s mission, strategic plan, annual goals and budget, program development, and financial goals. The CEO oversees the policies adopted by the Board in accordance with HRSA guidelines for Federally Qualified Health Centers. The CEO serves as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors. They will inspire and guide the team, think strategically about how to advance both mission and sustainability, raise resources in support of the mission, promote best practices, and serve as a leader for affordable accessible health care.
Community Stability Project (CSP) Case Manager
Overall Mission: Responsible for providing community outreach, identifying eligible consumers and link them to community resources, provide nutritional assistance and emergency financial assistance to all eligible consumers.
Accounting Clerk
Overall Mission: To serve as an assistant to Accounting through a series of tasks and responsibilities.
Food Service/Cook
Overall Mission: To prepare quality meals that support the nutritional needs of clients in multiple locations throughout AIDS Alabama.
CALA Case Manager
Overall Mission: Responsible for providing assistance to clients living with HIV, LGBTQ+ and community, identifying eligible consumers and link them to community resources, provide consumers with referrals for other outside resources, and provide client-centered case management to all eligible consumers; assist in community outreach.
Way Station Transitional Housing Case Manager
Overall Mission: Responsible for providing culturally competent case management and supportive/wrap around services to program participants as they work towards their individual goals, housing and community re-entry.

Overall Mission: To maximize private individual, foundation, and corporate dollars from the Greater Birmingham Community, the State of Alabama, and national arena to further the mission of AIDS Alabama. To implement and execute special events. To meet the measurable outcomes of annual goals.
