Overall Mission: To assist the Housing Maintenance Supervisor and Housing Department with housing/landlord services including preventative maintenance, repairs, renovations, property rehabilitation, and emergency response.
Rural & Minority Outreach Specialist
AIDS Alabama South
Overall Mission: The Rural & Minority Outreach Specialist will successfully identify and recruit high risk individuals within the rural communities of Southwest Alabama to receive HIV outreach services which include HIV testing, counseling, and other prevention techniques.
Administrative Assistant -- Housing
Overall Mission: To assist the Housing Coordinator and Housing Department with housing office management and provision of housing services. These services include landlord and maintenance services for all AIDS Alabama housing.

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent); Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health care or related field; Basic knowledge of employment law including HIPAA compliance; Self-starter, detail-oriented, high energy, and exemplary communication skills; Reliable transportation, current/valid driver’s license, auto insurance, good driving record, and proof of COVID-19 vaccination(s); Must successfully complete pre-employment process.
CoC Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager
Overall Mission: Responsible for providing community outreach, identifying eligible consumers and link them to community resources, provide consumers with decent and affordable housing resources, and provide client-centered case management to all eligible consumers.
Development Coordinator
Overall Mission: Manage the agency's volunteer program. Coordinate internal and external events. Assist in maintaining and updating the agency's social media and donor database.

Way Station Line/Prep Cook
Overall Mission: To prepare quality meals that support the nutritional needs of clients in AIDS Alabama’s supportive programs while maintaining a clean kitchen and protecting food cost.
