1917 Temporary Housing Program (THP) Case Manager

Overall Mission: Responsible for providing community outreach, identifying eligible consumers and linking them to community resources, provide consumers with decent and affordable housing resources, and provide client-centered case management to all eligible consumers.

Living in Balance Chemical Addiction Program (LIBCAP) Therpaist

Overall Mission: To provide mental health/social work treatment for the AIDS Alabama Living In Balance Chemical Addiction Program to help consumers live as independent, healthy and productive a life as possible and to prevent the spread of the HIV virus

Latinx Peer Support Specialist

Overall Mission: The Latinx Peer Support Specialist provides HIV prevention outreach, education, linkage to care, and HIV Counseling Testing and Referral Services (CTR) to vulnerable populations; assists clients living with HIV in accessing HIV Primary Care Services and support services.

AIDS Alabama South Prevention Specialist-
Mobile, AL

Overall Mission: To provide PrEP education, linkage, referral, counseling and other prevention services to consumers of AIDS Alabama South in pursuit of its mission to increase health equity and access to HIV prevention methods, most specifically PrEP, to meet the goals of the statewide Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) plan.

Overall Mission:  Responsible for providing client-centered case management to all eligible consumers, linking them to community resources, and providing consumers with decent and affordable housing resources.

Overall Mission: Responsible for providing client-centered direct transportation services for all eligible consumers who request transportation.

Overall Mission: Responsible for providing client-centered case management to all eligible consumers, linking them to community resources, and providing consumers with decent and affordable housing resources.

Food Service Worker

Overall Mission: To prepare quality meals that support the nutritional needs of clients in AIDS Alabama’s supportive programs while maintaining a clean kitchen and protecting food cost.

Housing Maintenance Specialist

Overall Mission: To assist in the coordination of all AIDS Alabama housing activities helping HIV+ consumers live as independent, healthy, and productive as possible and to prevent the spread of the disease.

(Full-Time, all hours including weekends)

Overall Mission: To provide the organization support and personal desire to assist AIDS Alabama in obtaining and maintaining the most productive operations possible.
